The book and chapters will be published only in English. Authors may use either US or UK English but must remain consistent.
Plagiarism must be under 25% (excluding references). Authors are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of references. Use sequential numbering and cite references in square brackets: e.g., [9], [10].
Follow IEEE referencing style. Avoid citations in the abstract. Do not include unpublished results or personal communications in references.
Authors must submit the Authors' Concern form after receiving initial acceptance.

To speed up publication, authors should send processing and publication charges immediately after receiving the initial acceptance email. Galley proofs must be carefully reviewed—publishers will not be responsible for errors.
